On 25th May 2018 the new General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") comes into effect, this legislation acts as an update to data protection guidelines already in place, with particular attention focused on the use of personal data.
Right to be Forgotten
A D Bird Stainless Ltd respect your right to be forgotten and will make all reasonable efforts to ensure your right to erasure and to objection are protected. If you would like to be removed from our database, please email our Data Protection Officer at email@example.com
In some instances, A D Bird Stainless Ltd may have a lawful basis or legal reason for processing your data, which will limit us in our ability to fulfil your right to be forgotten. In such circumstances we will work closely with you and where necessary your employer to ensure that the use of your data is limited or where possible, deleted.
