Precipitation Hardened, 17/4PH

17-4PH H1150D – 1150°F (621°C)

17/4PH H1150D (H1150+H1150) is double aged, meaning the heat treatment process is repeated twice. This condition is double aged by the highest temperature to create the lowest strength condition with the following mechanical properties as a minimum requirement:
UTS: 931 MPa
YS: 724 MPa
Hardness: 29 HRC
This double aging also reduces the hardness to 29-33 HRC to comply with NACE MR0175.
